The Amphibians SCUBA Diving Club was formed in March 1983 by a group of enthusiasts making it the oldest SCUBA club in Malta. The club remains focused on promoting safe scuba diving in the unique waters of the Maltese islands in the middle of the Mediterranean. Protection and conservation of the marine habitat is a priority on all club dives whether from shore or boat dives in open water. Throughout the year the Amphibians are photographing the waters of Malta. Check out their latest work in our Photo Gallery.

On dry land, members· meet for dinners, barbeques, cultural tours, hikes, clean-ups, weekends in Gozo, diving trips abroad and other social events. The club regularly holds first-aid and life saving training for its members.
